Located in the oldest historic firehouse in St. Paul, MN, Hope Breakfast Bar plays host to an extensive breakfast menu offered indoors in our a spacious, contemporary eatery or outdoors on our shared patio.
Saint Louis Park - West End
Located in the West End Shopping Center near the intersection of Interstate 394 and MN-100, the second Hope Breakfast Bar location serves the same great favorites from the original and features free indoor heated parking and a larger dining room.
Eagan — Now Open
The newest Hope Breakfast Bar is located in Eagan off of Lexington Ave and Diffley Road, across from the athletic fields. Patio seating, convenient parking and our signature contemporary features make this new location a great addition to the area.
The Gnome Craft Pub

Saint Paul’s Guardian of Good: The Gnome Craft Pub is a Cathedral Hill neighborhood gastro pub with over 60 beers on tap. This modern beer hall—restaurant specializes in craft, comfort and community with a focus not only on good beer, but unique, high-quality food and dining experiences. Hope Express
At Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare
Located on the fourth floor (Skyway Level) of Gillette Children’s Hospital in St. Paul, Hope Express is a counter-service version of Hope Breakfast Bar serving some of Hope’s signature coffees and brunch highlights, but also some fun, new kid-friendly and grab-and-go items. In addition to the usual model of giving 3% of profits to Give Hope, there is also a program for patrons to buy a meal for families in need.
The Apostle Supper Club

Located in the heart of downtown in its namesake city of St. Paul, across the street from the Xcel Energy Center, The Apostle Supper Club is the place for nostalgic fun and food in the center of the action. From the pregame party patio to the piano lounge to the gourmet supper club service, this alter ego dining experience is infused with 1960’s Palm Springs ambiance. Here the menu is the star of the supper club show.
On the flip side of this dining high point, you’ll also find hockey-infused ritual at The False Eyedoll bar with sport, spirit and superstition all in one experience.

Purpose Restaurants donates a portion of all sales to our neighbors in need through Give Hope. Our mission is to bring the community together to provide support and serve those in need.
